Actually, I haven't even expected that there are still guys reading my legacies xD I haven't played sims for 3 months now and I still don't miss it at all. Probably it was best to take a break and I do not even know if I come back [though I quite miss my Mekos and Fake-Potters]. Anyway - about the houses. Uhm, you need to install them twice. 1. Install the downloads [without the lot file] - extract them in your download folder [I prefer package files instead of tmt. files - but this is your choice. 2. Install the house [select lot file only], click install and that is it :) Thanks again, you are totally awesome :)
